We're looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and supporting critical compliance operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you'll be at the center of our quality and compliance operations, helping ensure aircraft records and documentation meet FAA and company standards.

In this role, you will :

Learn and utilize the Corridor maintenance management system to enter and maintain accurate aircraft records

Complete logbook entries and update maintenance histories in compliance with regulatory requirements

Organize and maintain digital and physical maintenance documentation for audit readiness

Support quality audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting

Coordinate documentation between technicians, inspectors, and management

Provide administrative and data support to the Quality & Maintenance teams

Assist with special projects and daily operational needs

What We're Looking For

Required / Preferred Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Experience in administrative support, documentation, or compliance environments
• Aviation maintenance or Repair Station experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Corridor or similar maintenance systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments
