Job description

Inhospital Physicians Group, a premier healthcare organization managing programs across the East Coast, seeks a dedicated Inhospital Physician to join our team at the Passaic, NJ Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Position Highlights :

  • Schedule : 7 on / 7 off, 12-hour daytime shifts.
  • Setting : LTAC facility focused on comprehensive and sustained patient care.
  • Location : Passaic, NJ.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform medical procedures, including intubation, as required.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure top-quality care.
  • Accurately document patient information in EPIC EMR .
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthcare management.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Proficiency in intubation procedures.
  • Experience in a long-term acute care setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
