Key Responsibilities
Manage a minimum of 40 customer interactions daily through phone, email, and chat
Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up for satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within the first 3-6 months
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Dependable and punctual with a consistent work schedule
