About The Position

ID : 73451303 Shift : days Description : Ideal candidate will provide majority hospital pharmacist staffing and will also be able to cover some retail days. Coverage Monday through Thursday 7a-530p. At least 1 weekend per month. Additional Information : 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE

• We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Guaranteed Hours : 40 Contract Weeks : 91
