Overview
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the agency network by ensuring compliance and supporting streamlined agency operations. It acts as both a quality control and support function, helping the organization maintain clean data, regulatory compliance, and efficient agent engagement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date insurance compliance records for our agency force.
- Review agent performance metrics and initiate appropriate actions in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor system performance to support accurate policy processing.
- Update agent's contact information in CRM.
- Provide agent training regarding inactive users, invalid contact information, etc.
- Assist with audit tasks, including outreach to agents to resolve outstanding compliance or data issues.
- Support agent access to core company services as requested.
- Follow up with agents to resolve email delivery issues and confirm updated contact details.
- Assist with agent onboarding and follow-up communications.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
HS Diploma required.2-4 years administrative support experience required.Must have excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Must have excellent planning and organizing skills.Must have strong computer skills : Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Strong communication skills (written & oral) along with demonstrated customer service experience a must.Preferred Qualifications
BA in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and / or other business-related experience.Bi-lingual Spanish.Job Details
