Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Coordination :
Collaborate with Medical Directors and Superintendents to meet contractual obligations.
Effectively interrelate with medical, dental, and nursing staff, security personnel, administrative teams, and YesCare management.
Manage assigned staff and oversee the regional healthcare delivery system.
Financial and Contract Management :
Develop and manage the contract services budget for all institutions within the region.
Monitor financial performance and report monthly to the Area Vice President on :
Budget variances
Progress toward goals
Actions of the Medical Audit Committee
Contract changes and contingency plans
Health services activities
Operational Oversight :
Act as a liaison between institutions and Superintendents or their designees.
Recruit and onboard employees and independent contractors in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
Coordinate service delivery with external hospitals and negotiate third-party contracts when necessary.
Training and Planning :
Implement and coordinate annual in-service training programs.
Lead the annual health services planning process and chair the annual contract plan performance evaluation meeting.
Make strategic recommendations for service improvements to the Area Vice President.
Committee and Meeting Participation :
Attend Medical Audit Committee (MAC) meetings and YesCare Central Office management meetings.
Provide input to drive operational and clinical improvements.
Additional Responsibilities :
Other duties as assigned to ensure regional healthcare delivery excellence.
Key Qualifications
Educational Background :
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
RN required
Experience :
Proven management experience within a healthcare setting, demonstrating the ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements :
Ability to pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
