Accounts Payable Administrator
⏰ Shift : M-F, 8-hour workday starting between 6 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM (some overtime possible)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA on a 6-month contract . This role is ideal for someone with prior AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment execution. You’ll report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and resolving invoice-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Process and enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Perform check runs, wire transfers, and process domestic and international payments
Reconcile invoice statements and resolve outstanding or un-reconciled items
Classify invoices and purchase orders using standard accounts payable chart of accounts
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems (scanning, printing, document management)
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve inquiries or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Experience with M3 ERP is a plus , but not required
Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
