Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assess business operations and recommend non-clinical policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Manage non-clinical projects across Medical Management departments and provide project management support

Collaborate with various teams to implement improvements in resources, processes, and workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare operations or project management

Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems and project management systems

Project Management Certification preferred
