Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Corporate Services) to join its Strategic Sourcing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and indirectly to the Director of Procurement, this role supports firmwide sourcing and procurement initiatives for corporate functions including Facilities, Talent Management, Legal, Marketing, and Research.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance processes. This position operates within a collaborative, high-performance team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports to support sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Track KPIs including supplier performance, contract compliance, and realized savings.
Sourcing & Category Support
Support RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs-including bid preparation, bid analysis, and documentation.
Evaluate supplier proposals for pricing, quality, service levels, and risk.
Assist in developing category management plans and supplier rationalization strategies.
Contract Management
Maintain accurate records of contracts and supplier agreements.
Support contract renewals, extensions, and compliance oversight.
Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with firm policies.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.
Support the adoption of new procurement technologies and tools to increase efficiency.
Contribute to best-practice development across the sourcing function.
Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing priorities and business needs.
Support supplier relationship management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related analysis (professional services preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with ERPs, procure-to-pay platforms, and contract management systems
Experience with RFP management, supplier evaluations, and cost analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
