Position Summary
The Facility Operations Staff Member plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the center by supporting conference setups, custodial services, and light building maintenance / repair. This position requires a mature, dependable individual with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and perform custodial duties on building and grounds, including light maintenance and repairs.
Provide administrative support and technical assistance to faculty, students, tenants, and clients.
Support the Naperville Facility Front desk and catering services as needed and directed by your supervisor, serving all customers including faculty, students, tenants, and conferencing clients.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications (Civil Service)
College coursework in facility management, operations management, or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table :
60 semester hours or an Associate's Degree equals one (1) year (12 months).

Appointment and Compensation Details
Full-Time | FTE 1.00 | Standard Hours Per Week 37.50 | Working Hours Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, occasional weekends and slight shifts as needed.
