As the Pipe Prefabrication Shop Manager, you'll orchestrate the work of craft professionals, subcontractors, and vendors-ensuring seamless coordination between shop and field, and driving excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Own

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends technical oversight with strategic leadership. You'll be responsible for :

Shop & Field Coordination

• Manage daily operations of pipe prefabrication shops and yard maintenance
• Serve as the key liaison between shop teams and field operations
• Ensure prefabrication aligns with field schedules and project milestones
