Overview :

The Sponsor requires support specializing in a web-based collaborative platform, which requires Sharepoint expertise

Web DeveloperThe Sponsor has multiple application teams supporting a portfolio which is the central repository for all Sponsor s created applications.

The Sponsor provides state of the art systems on cloud and applications based on products such as AWS, Oracle, SharePoint, and other web-based solutions.

The Sponsor requires support specializing in a web-based collaborative platform, which requires development of new websites, administration of existing websites and applications and the implementation, design, building enhancements, long term maintenance and delivering solutions with cloud services.

The portfolio contains but is not a complete list of the following : A custom production application that has a central repository for the search and discovery of internal document sensitive data and associated artifacts, A custom production application which provides workflow and research with the ability to review, disposition, build a profile and update or nominate candidates to other external partner organizations;

and A knowledge management tool which stores products in a centralized repository making it easy for search and discovery.

The Web Developer will work closely with multiple application teams; however, the Sponsor project manager will manage the priorities, assess and validate SharePoint requirements across Sponsor organization to create new SharePoint sites, redesign existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize, scale, or improve stability and performance, and provide O&M and content management support for Sponsor s SharePoint sites.

1. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites.

2. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience finessing SharePoint workflow architecture.

3. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of SharePoint sites.

4. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience using JavaScript (JS)

5. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience providing operational and maintenance support in a production system to include trouble shooting

6. (Desired) Demonstrated experience assisting the PM with assessing, documenting, and tracing new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)

7. (Desired) Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Designer.

8. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with Wordpress.

9. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with web application development.

10. (Desired) Demonstrated experience using Cascading Style Sheet (CSS).

11. (Desired) Demonstrated experience using JIRA and Confluence.

12. (Desired) Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service.

13. (Desired) Demonstrated experience briefing technical topics to a non-technical audience.

14. (Desired) Demonstrated experience operating within the life cycle management process when implementing changes in technology.

15. (Desired) Demonstrated experience effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

16. (Desired) Demonstrated experience excelling both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.

17. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with security best practices.

18. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with problem-solving skills.

19. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with strong oral and written communication skills.

20. (Desired) Demonstrated experience with strong leadership ability and experience juggling competing priorities
