Job Overview :

The Sales Support Technician / Technical Inside Sales role provides technical expertise and support to customers and partners, ensuring successful product selection, troubleshooting, and post-sales satisfaction. This role blends deep technical knowledge, especially in mechanical systems and vacuum pump technology, with strong sales support and customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product issues for customers and partners.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Prepare accurate quotes, specifications, and proposals.
• Support order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Identify new sales opportunities through technical research and customer interaction.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to share technical knowledge and drive growth.
