Position Summary :
A Quoting Specialist is a key player in the sales and customer service team, responsible for managing the quoting process for hardware and software solutions. This role involves a blend of technical knowledge, customer interaction, and sales acumen to ensure accurate and timely quotes for clients. Additionally, the specialist plays a crucial part in maintaining strong relationships with both customers and vendors, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provide hardware & software proposals to sales reps and customers.
- Review and process product orders, create Sales orders and own conveyor to purchasing
- Coordinate with other departments on cross-departmental sales opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by identifying issues and opportunities, establishing priorities, and developing appropriate action plans to achieve client objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients, Sales, Solutions Architects, ITSG Service and CSM Teams, for assigned Loffler clients.
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors to specify products, collect quotes, confirm availability, and ensure compatibility.
- Serve as the Administrator for CPQ Sell, coordinating with ConnectWise support as needed.
- Manage customers' cloud-based licensing, for example, Microsoft and Adobe products.
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with deal registration processes.
- Coordinate with Purchasing or Solution Architects to find replacements for products that are end-of-life (EOL) or out of stock.
- Develop and document processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
General duties :
Attend technology sales training as appropriate.Stay current on Loffler IT product and service offerings.Provide general assistance to teammates & sales personnel.Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications / Requirements :
Minimum of three days in officeStrong attention to detail and follow through skills.Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.Excellent customer service skills.Aptitude for coming up with creative and alternate solutions.Strong communication skills.Strong team player.Knowledge of Loffler's core product stack and IT Service offerings.Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university.3 or more years related industry experience, and / or training, or equivalent combination of training and experience.Supervisory Responsibilities :
