This role is hands-on, high-impact , and built for someone who loves solving problems, educating clients, and mentoring the next generation of plumbers - without getting bogged down in management.

Your Core Responsibilities

Service Excellence :

Tackle a wide variety of residential plumbing challenges - from everyday service calls to more complex diagnostic work - with skill, confidence, and pride.

Problem Solving :

Handle advanced troubleshooting and repairs. If it's tricky, messy, or requires thinking outside the box - you're the one we trust to get it done right.

‍ Apprentice Mentorship :

Lead by example. Offer guidance and on-the-job training to apprentices, helping them sharpen their technical skills and professional habits.

Quality Workmanship :

Deliver clean, code-compliant work every time - no shortcuts, no excuses.

Continuous Learning :

Stay sharp by keeping up with the latest plumbing technologies, tools, and best practices. You bring fresh ideas back to the team.

Emergency Response :

Step up when customers need urgent help. Calm under pressure, quick to act, and focused on safe, effective solutions.

Clear Documentation :

Complete accurate service tickets, time logs, and photo / video reports.

Inventory Awareness :

Keep your truck organized and stocked - ready to handle whatever the next job throws at you.

Client Connection :

Educate homeowners about their systems, explain repairs clearly, and offer preventive maintenance tips.
