Marketing Manager, Client Engagement

We are working on behalf of an Am Law 10 firm to recruit a Marketing Manager, Client Engagement to serve as a key go-to marketing resource for the San Diego office. The Manager will work directly with office and regional leaders to develop and execute client development strategies and manage a range of targeted marketing activities that align with client needs and support the business objectives of the office / region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives, manage regional events, and oversee office marketing budgets.
• Team Leadership & Delegation : Oversee and develop team members, manage the professional development of staff, and delegate work to other team members effectively.
• Client Engagement & Brand Visibility : Enhance lawyer and firm visibility through CRM use, rankings and awards submissions, external communications, media opportunities, and professional organization involvement.
• Collaboration & Integration : Work cross-functionally with practice groups, PR, communications, and market intelligence teams; support lateral integration and contribute to leadership meetings.

Salary Range : $151,000 - $185,000 based on experience and qualifications.
