Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and community organizations.
• Represent Golden Care at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to promote our services and grow brand awareness.
• Educate clients and partners on our personalized non-medical home care offerings, including companionship, personal care, and homemaking support.
• Track and analyze outreach activities, referral trends, and lead conversions using CRM tools-sharing insights to help refine strategies and improve client satisfaction.
• Onboard new referral partners and ensure a smooth, positive referral experience from first contact to ongoing collaboration.
• Stay informed about local industry trends, competitors, and community needs to keep Golden Care positioned as a trusted leader in senior care.
