A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with customer support services including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve problems based on customer-reported incidents
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users
Required Qualifications
Active Department of Defense Secret (SSBI) level security clearance required
8570.01-M Baseline Certification in Google Cloud Platform or equivalent required
One of several specified cloud or system administration certifications required
Six years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with specific hands-on experience
Three years of hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense IT hosting solutions
