IT Tech

Overview

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has openings for an IT Technician (IT Tech) at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Under the general supervision of the Technology Manager, you will be working in an IT & AV environment with a blend of IT and AV responsibilities in a fast-paced events setting.

This position may involve working extended or irregular hours including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and inventory of all network equipment including PCs, laptops, peripherals, servers, and switches.
• Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop / Canva.
• Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and related programs.
• Provide assistance in Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 management.
• Work with IT / AV related software and hardware (e.g., VITEC EZTV Signage Director Software, DMPs and 300+ TVs).
• Work with PBA WiFi networks (200+ AP software / hardware).
• Work with Daktronics / Analog Way software / hardware for scoreboard / ribbon boards.
• Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound software / hardware, alongside AV Managers as needed.
• Update and maintain Allo VoIP phone systems.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Maintain an attitude of "do whatever it takes."

Education and / or Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
