Overview
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has openings for an IT Technician (IT Tech) at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Under the general supervision of the Technology Manager, you will be working in an IT & AV environment with a blend of IT and AV responsibilities in a fast-paced events setting.
This position may involve working extended or irregular hours including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with repair and inventory of all network equipment including PCs, laptops, peripherals, servers, and switches.
- Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop / Canva.
- Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and related programs.
- Provide assistance in Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 management.
- Work with IT / AV related software and hardware (e.g., VITEC EZTV Signage Director Software, DMPs and 300+ TVs).
- Work with PBA WiFi networks (200+ AP software / hardware).
- Work with Daktronics / Analog Way software / hardware for scoreboard / ribbon boards.
- Work with Musco Sports Lighting and Sound software / hardware, alongside AV Managers as needed.
- Update and maintain Allo VoIP phone systems.
- Be flexible to work extended hours, including nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
- Maintain an attitude of "do whatever it takes."
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrable knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers.Demonstrable knowledge in Microsoft Windows software, Microsoft Office products, basic routing and networking (Cisco), basic server maintenance and cabling.Cisco Managed Switch programming a plus.Knowledge of procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment and tools used in technical construction and maintenance.Understanding of industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for events at the facility.Understanding of the facility's electrical, mechanical and other systems.Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment.Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and related materials.Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Physical ability to climb, lift and carry.Must be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.Remain flexible and adapt to evolving situations.Physical Demands

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
