A company is looking for a Director, Global IT Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a globally deployed customer-focused IT support team

Drive excellence in customer service and technology service management

Champion the adoption of AI-powered solutions to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; Master's preferred

Minimum 15 years of experience in a technical service-related field with at least 7 years in a managerial role

Proven experience implementing AI or intelligent automation solutions in IT service management

Enterprise transformation and change management experience in high-growth environments

Leadership skills supporting globally distributed teams
