Revero is a personalized digital clinic for treating chronic health conditions. We leverage machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivered exclusively via telemedicine. We seek a Head of Growth to drive brand and marketing strategy, scaling our direct-to-consumer presence and professionalizing brand positioning, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. You will bridge strategy and execution, working with consultants, clinical and operations teams, and contractors to ensure a growth engine that is innovative, measurable, and sustainable.
What You\'ll Lead
Growth Strategy : Build and own the overarching marketing and growth strategy, including go-to-market plans and brand positioning.Performance Marketing : Lead paid media efforts across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI and creative testing.Analytics & Reporting : Create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, consumer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.Brand Development : Strengthen our brand identity and messaging to position us as a market leader.Lifecycle Marketing : Own email marketing, newsletters, SEO, and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and retain customers.Project Leadership : Manage contractors (graphic designer, website designer / builder, paid ads consultant, and social media manager), ensuring alignment and delivery of results.Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with the product and engineering teams on onboarding flows and customer experience insights.What You\'ll Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven success in direct-to-consumer growth at an early-stage company.Deep experience with Meta and Google Ads, analytics, and creative strategy for paid campaigns.Data-driven approach : ability to interpret campaign results and translate insights into actionable strategy.Solid foundation across multiple growth channels (social, content, paid, lifecycle) and ability to identify what\'s working and what\'s not.Strong understanding of SEO, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.Experience managing marketing contractors and vendors.Expertise in brand development and go-to-market strategy.Hands-on project management skills to keep multiple initiatives on track.Nice-to-Have Experience
Background in health, wellness, fitness, or healthcare industries.Exposure to B2B growth strategies.Familiarity with CRM systems.Mindset & Soft Skills
