Position Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory technical procedures and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Obtain specimens from patients and perform testing, collection, and analysis of blood and body fluids in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and serology.
• Interpret test results for the treatment and diagnosis of diseases.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and comprehensive patient care.

Position Essential Job Functions :

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Operate laboratory equipment and perform maintenance as necessary.
• Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintain detailed records of laboratory procedures, test results, and patient information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.

Position Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related Laboratory Sciences.
• ASCP or AMT certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Proficiency in conducting various laboratory tests.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
