Position Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory technical procedures and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Obtain specimens from patients and perform testing, collection, and analysis of blood and body fluids in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and serology.
- Interpret test results for the treatment and diagnosis of diseases.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and comprehensive patient care.
Position Essential Job Functions :
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests.
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform maintenance as necessary.
- Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Maintain detailed records of laboratory procedures, test results, and patient information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.
Position Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related Laboratory Sciences.
- ASCP or AMT certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency in conducting various laboratory tests.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
