Job descriptionLandscaping Season : $20–$25 / hr Snow Events (Part-Time Winter Work) : $30–$35 / hr – extra pay for snow events! High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or snow removal Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal tools a plus Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of property appearance Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with maintenance of small equipment helpful Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the day Valid driver's license preferred Availability to work flexible hours during peak landscaping season and respond to snow events on short notice Opportunity for year-round employment for dependable workers (Includes full benefits) Seasonal premium pay during winter snow events. Hands-on experience with professional landscaping and snow operations.

Join our team to help keep properties looking their best! This is a seasonal position with full-time work during the landscaping season and part-time work during winter snow events .
Responsibilities :
- Landscaping Season (Spring–Fall) : Mowing, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation assistance, and general property maintenance.
- Winter (Snow Events, Part-Time) : Snow shoveling, plowing assistance, and ice management.
