We are seeking an experienced Assembly Lead to become an integral part of our growing team! Roseville Precision Inc . was established in 1986. We are looking for positive employees who are looking for long-term employment.

Shifts :

• Swing Shift 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 40 AM Monday thru Thursday ( Enjoy a three-day weekend, every week ).
• Day Shift 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 40 PM  Monday thru Friday.

Position Summary :

The Assembly Lead oversees the daily operations of the assembly department, ensuring parts are assembled to specification, jobs flow smoothly, and production targets are met. This role bridges the gap between production staff, engineering, and management—playing a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving efficiency, and training team members.
