Work schedule : Saturday evening
Reports to : Director of Liturgy

Summary : The Saturday evening receptionist will be availabe to assist all parishioner / visitors attending the 5 : 00PM services.
This will include answering phone calls, assisting with questions / concerns from parishioners, supplying tithing envelopes and any other administrative duties that arise.
Requirements
Eduation :
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience :
Experience working in an administrative role providing assistance & direction to visitors / parishioners
License and Credentials :
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Valid vehicle insurance
Must be available to work on Saturday during the 5 : 00PM services
Knowledge and Skills :
Must have excellent verbal & written skills, organizational skills and have a pleasant demeanor when dealing with visitors to the pastoral offices.
