Position Summary :

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan and finalize multiple projects for residential, commercial and public land development projects according to project deadlines and within budget. Senior Project Manager will ensure work is complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practice. Senior Project Manager shall have diverse experience with different types of land development projects, and experience with business development and client growth.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare proposals, participate in proposal interviews and presentations.
• Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering work
• Manages design team including staff from multiple locations and / or disciplines.
• Responsible for coordinating multiple project completions within budget and on schedule
• Responsible for initiating client billing, handling scope changes and contract administration.
• Reviews contracts and flags non-standard areas of concern for supervisor and / or Director's review and approval.
• Can independently perform assignments.
• Mentors other staff and assumes training responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in order to obtain future work
• Business Development to grow client base
