Strategic Business Analyst to Regional Vice President

Location : Fremont

Reports To : Regional Vice President

Strategic Business Analysis & Data-Driven Insights

• Lead complex data analysis initiatives to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and growth, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for advanced data visualization.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis across internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities and risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic planning and sharpen market positioning.
• Develop and present high-impact dashboards, reports, and executive presentations for key engagements including corporate strategic planning, annual business plan, and regional operating meetings.
• Partner with executives and finance teams on scenario planning and simulation modeling to evaluate business risks, including tariff impacts and inventory optimization scenarios.
• Serve as a business-IT liaison to ensure scalable, cross-functional implementation of solutions that align with evolving organizational needs.

Requirements :

5 plus years in an Executive support role.

BS Degree is required

Proficiency in MS tools, strong Excel is required

Strong communication are required and role requires ability to read and write in Mandarin for overseas support.
