The Opportunity

As the Control Products Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. Reporting directly to the VP of Controls Products, you will be responsible for becoming an expert on our controls product lines, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and working closely with fellow sales team members to achieve company goals. In this role, you will also assist in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives to effectively promote our product offerings, ensuring our continued market leadership and customer.

Description of Principle Duties :

• Maintain expert level knowledge on the equipment / systems that we represent

Applications and systems understanding

Work with Team Leader to create quarterly Rocks with Milestones
