A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Agile & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Apply best practice standard tools and templates for organization design needs
Leverage data and research to provide insights and co-create talent solutions
Consult and implement change management strategies for business initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading talent, performance, and organization-related projects
Experience in leveraging data and insights to address business problems
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
