Essential Job Functions :
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives like a boss.
- Identify and eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process flow. Basically, make everything run smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy.
- Mentor and train other leadership team members in the art of continuous improvement. Spread the wisdom!
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure QA and compliance standards are met. No shortcuts here!
- Support the development and monitoring of departmental KPI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking. Numbers don't lie!
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Keep it legit.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues. Sherlock Holmes, who?
- Establish and maintain quality documentation and audit processes. Paperwork, but make it fabulous.
- Ensure data integrity across operational systems and reporting platforms. Data is king!
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Find the hidden gems.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team and other business units to enhance data governance and reporting accuracy. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency. Keep an eye on the prize.
- Translate business goals into measurable KPIs aligned with strategic objectives. Goals, meet reality.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Be the oracle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Co-Pilot / Chat GPT / Grok, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.Ability to mentor and train other team members in continuous improvement practices.Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards.Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Ability to collaborate with various departments and enhance data governance and reporting accuracy.Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operational excellence roles preferred.Benefits :
