Responsibilities :

• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
• Generate monthly statements and track payments to maintain accurate account records.
• Collaborate with guardians and other stakeholders to address financial concerns and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor individual account activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Utilize Excel software to maintain data accuracy and streamline financial operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and external parties to ensure clarity regarding financial obligations.
• Handle financial responsibilities for clients, including payment tracking and reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements in all financial processes.
