Job descriptionExperience managing electrical projects Strong planning, budgeting, and team coordination skills Good communication with clients and teams Knowledge of safety and risk management Organized with project documentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Relevant project management certifications (PMP, LEED) are a plus Equivalent work experience can also count Project management software (Procore, Spectrum, Accubid) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Family-run company with a close-knit culture Office work with some visits to job sites No company vehicle but gas card provided Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and bonus,401k Initial video call (Teams) One in-person interview Follow-up via email Must NOT be a union card holder

Client : (Hiring for one of the largest merit shop electrical shops in the Chicago Market)
Location- Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60192

Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects
- Plan budgets and timelines
- Coordinate teams (workers, subcontractors, suppliers)
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure safety rules are followed on job sites
- Manage risks and solve problems quickly
- Handle change orders (project changes)
- Keep accurate project records
