Position Summary As a
Staff UX Designer , you will play a key leadership role in shaping product vision and crafting world-class user experiences. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to translate user insights into innovative, intuitive interfaces that deliver meaningful impact to customers and partners. Your influence will stretch across multiple product surfaces, with a focus on strategy, research, and hands-on design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design vision and strategy for key product areas, ensuring cohesive and compelling experiences across touchpoints
Partner with product and engineering leadership to execute long-term design objectives aligned with business goals
Conduct and lead user research to deepen understanding of users and drive design decisions
Champion a user-centered design culture across the company, influencing stakeholders at all levels
Support and mentor other designers, fostering collaboration and creative exploration within the team
Use data, experimentation, and feedback to iterate and improve on design concepts
Present and articulate design strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
Extensive experience in UX design, preferably in fast-paced, agile environments
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from concept to execution
Mastery of UX methodologies, tools, and research practices
Skilled in creating visually engaging and highly functional designs
Experience defining success metrics and using insights to refine user experiences
Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence product direction and vision
A passion for mentorship and team development
