The Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for building intelligent systems that optimize network operations and enable data-informed decision-making. You will oversee the development of patient and provider segmentation systems, providing insights that help organizations deliver personalized and effective care. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams to translate complex data into actionable solutions. You will set technical and operational roadmaps, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proven track record of team leadership in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities :

• Lead, manage, and grow an engineering team focused on network orchestration and segmentation systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and prioritize work.
• Drive alignment across the team on technical decisions, processes, and product outcomes.
• Mentor and develop engineers through 1 : 1s, feedback, and leadership development programs.
• Contribute to the technical and operational roadmap, ensuring scalable and maintainable system designs.
• Support experimentation and iteration via A / B testing and other data-informed development practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
