Corporate Sanitation Manager
Lactalis USA is looking for a Corporate Sanitation Manager in Chicago, IL. This role involves the development, management, and control of cleaning and sanitation programs. The Corporate Sanitation Manager will collaborate with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Maintenance, and other Lactalis divisions to align duties with the company's goals and values. Key responsibilities include assisting facilities in developing sanitation policies, reviewing and validating sanitation procedures, managing the selection of cleaning chemicals, and conducting regular sanitation audits.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, microbiology, food science, dairy science, or life sciences, with 10+ years of related experience in sanitation in a manufacturing environment. Preferred certifications are HACCP, and knowledge of CIP Validation, Excel, and Outlook is required. Travel up to 50% monthly and extended hours may be necessary.
