Your Role
Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, craft engaging job descriptions, and source top talent through innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with managers to define talent needs.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Create engaging social media content that builds our employer brand.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends and recommend improvements to our processes.
- Play an active role in the onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process.
- Excellent sourcing and research skills.
