As a Talent Acquisition Consultant with a focus on IT Technical, Retail, Exempt and Non-Exempt positions, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
This position is a three-month assignment with a primary focus on fulfilling IT technical roles, Retail Store Managers, Order Management and Call Center within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT technical roles, possess excellent sourcing and interviewing skills, and be able to adapt quickly to our hiring needs.
Responsibilities :
Sourcing and Recruitment :
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source qualified candidates for IT technical positions.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Candidate Evaluation :
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assessing their technical skills, experience, and potential cultural alignment with the organization.
- Work closely with the HR Director in additional daily task and Projects asigned.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT technical roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT technical positions, including but not limited to software developers, engineers, systems administrators, and IT support specialists.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top technical talent through various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools / software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
