Position : Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)

We're seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to grow our client base and referral network within the credit card processing and fintech space. If you're a self-starter with a killer work ethic and the ability to build meaningful business relationships—we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do :

Sell industry-leading credit card processing and payment solutions to help businesses optimize operations and cut costs.

Develop a portfolio of clients and referral partners through outreach, networking, and field engagement.

Present Payco’s full suite of services —including POS systems, ACH, lending, and IT solutions—with confidence and clarity.

Close deals and exceed performance targets by delivering tailored, results-driven solutions to business clients.

Represent the Payco brand with integrity, professionalism, and hustle.

What You Bring :

A passion for sales and a sharp ability to learn technical solutions fast.

Proven success in B2B or outside sales —experience in payment processing or fintech is a major plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to build trust and close deals.

A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to push past rejection and keep winning.
