R&R Heating and A / C is looking to hire HVAC Installers to work in North Idaho. We are growing and need Residential New Construction Installers who live in north Idaho and want to work there.

At R&R Heating the RNC Installer will :
- Work in teams to provide best-in-industry installation of HVAC / R systems for our customers
- Meet / exceed proficiency standards in all aspects of installation, refrigeration, control wiring, and diagnostics
- Understand duct design and airflow requirements
- Provide world-class customer service
- Pursue knowledge of HVAC & Refrigeration, Electrical, & Control Systems
Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience required
- Active O6A Electrical License or Trainee card required
- EPA preferred
- Ability to obtain appropriate trainee licensure.
- Experience working with your hands (personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
