Job descriptionUpload and validate documents using OCR and data extraction tools Review and cross-check key data from invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents Ensure accuracy in CargoWise TMS to support customs declarations Identify and resolve exceptions following customer-specific procedures Collaborate with the data team to improve automation and efficiency Maintain accuracy, speed, and compliance with U.S. Customs requirements 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or data entry (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive, structured tasks Experience with CargoWise strongly preferred Knowledge of U.S. Customs, ISF filing, PGA requirements, and import brokerage helpful Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven logistics environment Competitive hourly pay : $21.63 – $28.85 / hr A global company with 70+ years of success in logistics and supply chain solutions Training opportunities in data automation and international trade compliance A collaborative team environment where detail-oriented professionals thrive Stable, long-term career growth in the logistics industry
