Job descriptionEngineer and refine blow molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality. Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions. Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines. Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives. Be the go-to expert for injection stretch blow molding technology and process optimization. 5+ years of hands-on experience in injection stretch blow molding Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related). Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE. A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
