About The Position

Position : RN Emergency Room

Location : Albany, GA 31701

Contract Length : 17 weeks

Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in an acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in emergency nursing, the ability to operate in fast-paced situations, and excellent assessment and triage skills. The ER RN will work collaboratively with physicians and hospital staff to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and critical conditions
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support emergency interventions and life-saving procedures
• Document all nursing care accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and hospital compliance standards
