Manager, Lease Administration

Our Client, a Bergen County Real Estate owner / manager, is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration with strong Retail knowledge, to Manage daily leasing activities and work to improve the overall process

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain leases, tenant billings and billing reconciliations
• Act as a mentor to team members
• Ensure inquiries and audits are resolved in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure lease compliance
• Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure accuracy
• Oversee the monthly reporting process
