Overview

The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling their affiliate and influencer marketing programs. This individual will focus on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners and influencers to maximize brand exposure, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a passion for brand storytelling, a data-driven approach to growth, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with influencers and partners across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement a scalable affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue through partnerships.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, providing them with the tools and resources to succeed in promoting our brand.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships, ensuring they have up-to-date content and information on promotions, new products, and brand messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.
