En Port to Port International , líder en transporte y logística internacional, buscamos un Supervisor de Operaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo en Delaware, EE. UU.
Objetivo del puesto :
Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de la terminal, asegurando eficiencia, cumplimiento de procesos, seguridad y liderazgo del equipo operativo.
Esta posición tiene como objetivo formar a un profesional con potencial de desarrollo para convertirse en futuro Gerente de Operaciones .
Responsabilidades principales :
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de carga, descarga, recepción y despacho.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad (OSHA) y procedimientos internos.
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al personal operativo.
- Coordinar con las áreas de Servicio al Cliente, Administración y Mantenimiento.
- Asumir las funciones de la Gerencia en su ausencia.

🕐 Horario : Lunes a viernes (7 : 00 a.m.), sábados turnables y domingos disponibles en llamada.
💰 Salario : $70,000 – $75,000 anuales, según experiencia en logística.
