A company is looking for an IT Solutions Engineer for a 90-day remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements and redesign workflow solutions for FreshService ITSM
Collaborate with L2 Support Engineers to resolve complex technical issues and provide specialized support for various workplace technology tools
Create user-friendly support materials and guides to enhance the end-user experience and streamline support processes
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of relevant experience in IT solutions or automation engineering
Proven experience as an L2 or L3 Helpdesk Engineer
Advanced knowledge and expertise in FreshService ITSM
Hands-on experience with workplace technology tools such as Asana, Axero, Productiv, Slack, and WalkMe
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems is preferred
