Summary :
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a Courseware Developer to join our innovative team at The Unconventional. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging courseware materials that enhance learning experiences and drive knowledge retention among our diverse audience. Your expertise in instructional design and technology will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational offerings.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and target audience requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and insights for course development
- Create interactive and engaging course materials, including e-learning modules, assessments, and instructor-led training resources
- Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to ensure alignment with adult learning theories
- Incorporate multimedia elements and technology tools to enhance the learning experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of courseware through feedback and assessments, making data-driven improvements as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in educational technology to continuously innovate course offerings

The annual salary is anticipated to be GS-11 equivalent.
