Your Qualifications :
- Required : Bachelor's degree; preferred : Master's in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Admin.
- Must-have : RN licensure or LCSW, with extensive clinical and acute care hospital case management experience.
- Leadership prowess with at least 2 years in a case management leadership role.
