Administrative Sales Assistant (ID: 982911)
An established and rapidly growing company in San Antonio located near the airport is currently seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant.

Experience working in a brokerage firm with HEB or any other large retailer as a liaison would be a significant advantage.
Administrative Sales Assistant Qualifications :
- Microsoft Office Proficiency : Excel Word PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat Access, CRM Software (SalesForce),
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
- Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Complete multiple projects timely as scheduled
- Organize and prioritize daily duties to meet needs
- Ability to problem solve and devise creative solutions
- Perform under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Proactively collaborate with other team members
Administrative Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in offering their top products to the customer
- Manage client accounts to access product value, marketing techniques, retail value, promotions, and retail store placement
- Accurately enter a high volume of data from multiple client sources into the customer portal
- New item setup, price changes, coupons, and promotions
- Manage day-to-day relationships
- Email / phone inquiries and requests
- Project trackers and calendars
- Create and manage project cost, sales, and data reports
- Maintain internal database
- Request, receive, and distribute client samples to customer
- Prepare CEO for sales meetings and conduct appropriate follow-ups
- Prepare PowerPoint decks to include client information, products, and pricing
- Logistics
- Communicate product shipments and deliveries
