Role Description
This is a full-time on-site / hybrid role for a Sales Director at Explore Logistics in Houston, TX. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, developing customer relationships, and driving business development initiatives to expand the company's customer base and achieve revenue targets.

- Experience in sales operations and team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
